    Texas ESA & Microschools: A Parent's Guide

    July 27, 2026 7 min read

The Texas Education Savings Account can cover $10,000 toward your child's education. Here's how it works at B.E.A.M. and what families need to know.

The Texas Education Savings Account (ESA) program provides families with funding that can be applied toward qualified educational expenses, including private school tuition. At B.E.A.M., the ESA covers $10,000 of our $19,500 annual tuition.

This means the family investment is $9,500 per year—approximately $792 per month or $183 per week. That investment includes before-care starting at 7:00 AM, after-care until 7:00 PM, 12-month programming including summer, all seven specialist subjects, and a Personalized Education Plan.

To use ESA funding, families apply through the state program and direct funds to their chosen qualified school. Our admissions team walks every family through this process step by step. You don't navigate it alone.

Compared to DFW private schools that often range from $30,000 to $38,000 per year, B.E.A.M.'s family cost of $9,500 represents exceptional value—especially given the extended hours, year-round calendar, and specialist-rich curriculum included in tuition.
