What Is a Personalized Education Plan (PEP)?

    August 3, 2026 5 min read

Every B.E.A.M. scholar receives a Personalized Education Plan. Here's what that means, how it's built, and why it changes everything about how your child learns.

A Personalized Education Plan (PEP) is a living document—not a static report card. It maps your scholar's academic goals, learning style, developmental milestones, and specialist subject pathways into a single, evolving plan.

The PEP is built from the Scholar Inventory, our diagnostic assessment that identifies how your child learns best. Are they a visual learner? A hands-on builder? A storyteller? The PEP captures this and translates it into daily practice.

Throughout the year, our educators update the PEP as your scholar grows. Goals are revisited, pathways adjusted, and new milestones set. Parents are partners in this process—you see the plan, you contribute to it, and you watch your child's growth in real time.

This is what personalized education means at B.E.A.M.: not a slogan, but a system. Every scholar known. Every scholar planned for. Every scholar seen.
