Academics at B.E.A.M.
Learning by Doing. Mastery by Building.
A personalized, project-based model where scholars don't just study the world—they learn to shape it.
Our Learning Model
Three Foundations of a B.E.A.M. Education
Every scholar experiences a learning model designed for depth, personalization, and real-world capability.

Multi-Age Project-Based Learning
Scholars learn in mixed-age communities where older scholars lead, younger scholars aspire, and everyone teaches. Real projects—not worksheets—drive mastery.
- K–2 and 3–5 learning cohorts
- Collaboration across age and ability
- Real-world projects as the curriculum
- Leadership built through mentorship

Personalized Education Plan (PEP)
Every scholar receives a living document that maps academic goals, learning pathways, specialist subjects, and developmental milestones—tailored to them.
- Built from the Scholar Inventory diagnostic
- Updated throughout the year as scholars grow
- Parents are partners in the process
- Goals, pathways, and milestones documented

Scholar Inventory
Our diagnostic assessment maps how your scholar learns best—learning style, academic readiness, and developmental profile—forming the foundation of their PEP.
- Identifies learning style and strengths
- Maps academic readiness across domains
- Captures developmental profile
- Becomes the foundation of the PEP
A Day in the Life
The Rhythm of a B.E.A.M. Day
Deep daily inquiry meets weekly applied building. This is how knowledge becomes capability.
Daily 2-Hour Block
P3 Sessions
Passion-Driven, Project-Based, Personalized. Every day includes a dedicated two-hour block where scholars dive deep into hands-on inquiry and creation—guided, not lectured.
Learning · Applying · Building
L.A.B. Day
One day each week is devoted entirely to applied projects. Scholars take what they've learned and build something real—a garden, a podcast, a product, a presentation.
Specialist Subjects
Seven Subjects That Make Learning Come Alive
Every scholar experiences all seven specialist subjects—included in tuition.
Spanish
Scholars build bilingual fluency through immersive conversation, cultural exploration, and real-world communication practice.

Entrepreneurship
Scholars design, pitch, and launch ventures—learning finance, marketing, and leadership through hands-on projects.
Environmental Stewardship
Scholars cultivate responsibility for the earth through gardening, sustainability projects, and ecological inquiry.
Digital Technology
